Founder & Coach
A sixth-generation Lutheran pastor and active Central Florida church planter, Jacob champions a bi-vocational ministry model. Certified in the Church Unique Vision Framing process, he leverages a global missionary background to help church leaders clearly define who they are and where they are going.

Farrah Bass
Executive Assistant
Armed with a business degree from Stetson University, Farrah has driven operations, hospitality, and communications across the profit and nonprofit sectors since 2017. Alongside managing critical client connections, she actively serves in local youth ministry and Young Life foster care initiatives.

Jason Chavara
Coach
Jason brings over a decade of nonprofit executive experience and hundreds of hours coaching Christian leaders across both profit and nonprofit sectors. A Certified Christian Leadership Coach (CCLC) holding advanced certifications from Auxano and Northwestern University, he serves as a Metro Director for Young Life and specializes in personal and organizational intelligence.
